I am sure that you are right about feeling useful aiding longevity.<br />By the way, at our 'Stretch and Flex' class on Thursday, the only class member who could sit up and grab her toes (rather, her size 12 trainers), was Vera, who is probably 85 as she has been attending the class since she retired 20 years ago. She's over 6 feet tall, so shouldn't have been able to get near her toes, but she's persistent and feisty and I guess she has practised longer than the rest of us.
